Welcome to the co-creation!

(Table of Contents is Sidebar to right>)

Every enduring community has a vision that unites,

the details of our vision are unfolding as we come together.

For the purposes of clarity, because there can be so many kinds of communities,

we call forth our future fellow village members by offering the following list of inspirations

and this vision to help unite;

a group of people co-creating with nature in a sacred way...not by rules or doctrines but because of sincere humble hearts in love with Mother Nature as the divine intelligence that she is.

We honor all life, especially living dirt and soil microorganisms.

We design with Nature, as loving companions of destiny.

The Earth is our home and we wish to co-create a happy village worthy to pass on to future generations forever, to last into eternity.

Using intelligent and indigenous design, our footprint will be gentle on the land, as well as abundant and co-creative. The land will support us enthusiastically because we work together with Her.

We will strive to be gentle and harmonious with each other in all ways, always intending agreement and actively seeking/finding it.... learning to cooperate and always striving to be beneficial to the larger local community as well (both human and wildlife).

We will sing and dance and infuse good feelings into our land and lives even as we work and learn because we recognize it's all about creating a quality of life,

A Bright Futurethat's good for all.

Inspirations include:

  • Mother Nature
  • Indigenous Earth Cultures
  • Permaculture
  • Water, Watersheds and Basins of Relations
  • Transition Towns
  • Food Forestry/ Forest Gardening
  • Regeneration
  • Natural Building
  • Restoration Ecology
  • Ringing Cedars and Anastasia's parables
  •  Community, consensus, cooperation, connection, communication, collaboration, co-creation & circles!
  • Quality of Life for All Species
  • Universal Rights of Mother Earth
  • Music & Dance
  • Art & Theatre
  •
  •

We feel the Satsop Watershed is a great location for an eco-village. The Satsop is the south-flowing river of the 13 sacred rivers that flow in every direction from the Olympic Mountains in the center of the penninsula. It makes for fantastic exposure and great growing. See more info on:Olympic Penninsula

I second Paul's comments. Olympians are so lucky!

I read in "Countryside Magazine" about a year ago, an excellent inquiry letter from a fellow who is thinking of creating on his rural land, a teaching school /RV camp for RV folk, to come and learn skills on
back to the land / how to build small houses, important live skills for a year.
People in the RV's / small campers would pay rent to stay there and learn.
Perhaps, the RVs permitted could only X -small size.

It could perhaps help to pay for the land quickly. Countryside magazine is full of back to the land wanna be's and doers. They also have an online presence I think.
